CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that for all types of orders, including non-personalized, personalized, and international orders. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. As per our policy we have no return or exchange, but we provide refund under special condition.

REFUND POLICY

  • We offer refunds only in cases where the product is defective upon delivery. Opening video of parcel is requirement from start to end without any cut.
  • If your order qualifies for a refund, we will guide you through the refund process.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Once its approved by the our team, the refund mount will be processed and credited within 5-10 days. Please note that refund processing time may vary.
